HASTA EL 30 DE SEPTIEMBRE POD\u00c9S HACERLO."},"content":{"rendered":"\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img src=\"http:\/\/fmella.com.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/MORATORIA-INMU-1024x575.jpeg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-12650\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>El Servicio de Catastro e Informaci\u00f3n Territorial de la Provincia de Santa Fe&nbsp; (SCIT) abri\u00f3 una moratoria destinada a aquellos contribuyentes que hayan realizado construcciones y a\u00fan no las hayan declarado ante este organismo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La moratoria -que entr\u00f3 en vigencia este viernes 1 de abril y estar\u00e1 abierta hasta el pr\u00f3ximo 30 de septiembre- alcanza a los propietarios que tengan construcciones no declaradas, estableci\u00e9ndose beneficios para quienes se presenten espont\u00e1neamente a realizar la declaratoria.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Para incorporarse al r\u00e9gimen de la moratoria, el contribuyente deber\u00e1 presentarse personalmente en las oficinas de SCIT (Saavedra 2260 de la ciudad de Santa Fe; Tucum\u00e1n 1853 en Rosario; Habegger 650 en Reconquista; San Mart\u00edn 45 en Venado Tuerto), o bien en el municipio o comuna donde se encuentre radicado el inmueble.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La declaraci\u00f3n de construcciones no registradas, en el marco de la Moratoria Ley 14.069, no tendr\u00e1 efectos tributarios para periodos fiscales anteriores al 2020, y por el contrario, la no presentaci\u00f3n espontanea en el marco de la presente moratoria, implica que el SCIT contin\u00fae con el programa de detecci\u00f3n de construcciones, incorporando las mismas de oficio con las incidencias tributarias y penalidades vigentes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Para mayor informaci\u00f3n ingresar en el siguiente link:&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.santafe.gob.ar\/index.php\/web\/content\/view\/full\/243158\">https:\/\/www.santafe.gov.ar\/catastro<\/a><\/p>\n ","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>El Servicio de Catastro e Informaci\u00f3n Territorial de la Provincia de Santa Fe&nbsp; (SCIT) abri\u00f3 una moratoria destinada a aquellos<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":6,"featured_media":0,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"open","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":[],"categories":[787,66,1139],"tags":[2939,604],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v17.4 - https:\/\/yoast.com\/wordpress\/plugins\/seo\/ -->\n<title>TEN\u00c9S CONSTRUCCIONES SIN DECLARAR ?
