{"id":12698,"date":"2022-04-27T09:12:51","date_gmt":"2022-04-27T12:12:51","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/fmella.com.ar\/?p=12698"},"modified":"2022-04-27T09:12:52","modified_gmt":"2022-04-27T12:12:52","slug":"la-provincia-presento-el-programa-primer-empleo-en-reconquista","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/fmella.com.ar\/la-provincia-presento-el-programa-primer-empleo-en-reconquista\/","title":{"rendered":"LA PROVINCIA PRESENT\u00d3 EL PROGRAMA PRIMER EMPLEO EN RECONQUISTA."},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h4 class=\"has-text-align-center\"><em>En el encuentro se expusieron los principales beneficios que reciben los empleadores que contraten personal joven a trav\u00e9s de esta iniciativa.<\/em><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img src=\"http:\/\/fmella.com.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/2022-04-26NID_274477O_1-1024x575.jpeg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-12699\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>El ministro de Trabajo, Empleo y Seguridad Social Juan Manuel Pusineri junto al intendente de la ciudad de Reconquista, Enrique Vallejos, presentaron el Programa Primer Empleo ante empresarios de la regi\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En el encuentro, llevado adelante en instalaciones del Centro Industrial y Comercial de Reconquista, se expusieron los principales beneficios que reciben los empleadores que contraten personal joven a trav\u00e9s de esta iniciativa. Concretamente, la provincia realiza un aporte econ\u00f3mico de hasta el 85% del salario m\u00ednimo vital y m\u00f3vil por cada trabajador\/a incorporado\/da.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El intendente Vallejos dio la bienvenida a los asistentes recordando: \u201cCuando estuvimos reunidos en Santa Fe hace algunas semanas, vimos el potencial que tienen estos programas para nuestra ciudad. As\u00ed es c\u00f3mo se gener\u00f3 el compromiso de visitar Reconquista, para que hoy podamos estar ac\u00e1, junto a actores del sector productivo. Creemos que todos los programas que est\u00e1 impulsando la provincia en este momento van a ser de su inter\u00e9s\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Por su parte, el ministro Pusineri asegur\u00f3: \u201cEl objetivo que tenemos es trabajar en conjunto con la municipalidad y con el sector privado para poner en marcha programas que tienen que ver con la capacitaci\u00f3n para el trabajo y con el empleo registrado, como lo es el Programa Primer Empleo\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Asimismo, el funcionario provincial destac\u00f3: \u201cEstamos asistiendo a un momento en el cual se est\u00e1 creando empleo en la provincia de Santa Fe. Los registros que tenemos al mes de enero de este a\u00f1o marcan que existen alrededor de 20.000 empleos registrados nuevos, respecto del mismo mes del a\u00f1o anterior. La \u00faltima encuesta sobre el mercado laboral llevada adelante por el INDEC nos ubica con una desocupaci\u00f3n del 6,3% en el Gran Santa Fe y del 7% en el Gran Rosario. Son \u00edndices que hace mucho tiempo que no se ve\u00edan\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El responsable de la cartera laboral cerr\u00f3 su alocuci\u00f3n haciendo referencia a los desaf\u00edos que se tienen por delante: \u201cUno de esos desaf\u00edos u objetivos, que seguramente compartimos con la municipalidad y con los empresarios, tiene que ver con la calidad del empleo. En momentos en que crece la actividad, hay que apostar por la calidad del empleo. Generar empleo de calidad es un valor para el trabajador, para la empresa y tambi\u00e9n para la comunidad en su conjunto ya que no estamos sometidos a la competencia desleal que significa el trabajo informal\u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Del encuentro, tambi\u00e9n participaron autoridades del Centro Comercial e Industrial y el secretario General de la Municipalidad de Reconquista Guillermo Romero Mansur.
