Estas medidas fueron anunciadas a trav\u00e9s de una serie de disposiciones publicadas este martes en el Bolet\u00edn Oficial.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img src=\"http:\/\/fmella.com.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/01\/26870.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-2017\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Uno de los primeros comunicados que llam\u00f3 la atenci\u00f3n fue el que ordena retirar del mercado el \u201cproducto falsificado\u201d que dice ser de la marca Marolio, pero que luego se comprob\u00f3 que en realidad \u201cno ha sido elaborado\u201d por esta marca ni tiene la autorizaci\u00f3n correspondiente \u201cde terceros para impresi\u00f3n de r\u00f3tulos, fraccionamiento y envasado\u201d con ese nombre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Se trata de botellas cuyos r\u00f3tulos expresan: \u201cAceite de Girasol, Marolio, Elaborado y Fabricado por Vicentin SA. LC. calle 14 nro. 495, Avellaneda, Santa Fe, envase de 4.2 lts. y en relieve inverso con la leyenda vertical Caracas\u201d. La ANMAT pudo corroborar que se trataba de mercader\u00eda falsa que \u201cutiliza informaci\u00f3n de un alimento genuino, resultando ser en consecuencia un producto ilegal\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Las actuaciones comenzaron a partir de un informe del Departamento de Rector\u00eda en Normativa Alimentaria que daba cuenta de irregularidades detectadas por un particular y denunciadas ante el Departamento de Vigilancia Sanitaria y Nutricional de los Alimentos del INAL.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El denunciante explic\u00f3 que \u201c<strong>ignora si el producto se encuentra adulterado<\/strong>\u00a0, ya que desconoce su contenido toda vez que la promoci\u00f3n se realiza a trav\u00e9s de la red social Facebook y se comercializa en algunos puntos del mercado central de la provincia de Buenos Aires\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Fuente: <strong>ReconquistaHoy<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n ","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>La Administraci\u00f3n Nacional de Medicamentos, Alimentos y Tecnolog\u00eda M\u00e9dica (ANMAT) alert\u00f3 sobre la comercializaci\u00f3n de botellas falsificadas de un reconocido<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":7,"featured_media":0,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"open","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":[],"categories":[7],"tags":[563,564],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v17.4 -
