{"id":2330,"date":"2020-02-10T09:48:00","date_gmt":"2020-02-10T12:48:00","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/fmella.com.ar\/?p=2330"},"modified":"2020-02-10T09:48:00","modified_gmt":"2020-02-10T12:48:00","slug":"la-provincia-impulsara-con-politicas-publicas-a-los-mercados-populares-y-productores-locales","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/fmella.com.ar\/la-provincia-impulsara-con-politicas-publicas-a-los-mercados-populares-y-productores-locales\/","title":{"rendered":"LA PROVINCIA IMPULSAR\u00c1 CON POL\u00cdTICAS P\u00daBLICAS A LOS MERCADOS POPULARES Y PRODUCTORES LOCALES."},"content":{"rendered":"\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img src=\"http:\/\/fmella.com.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/02\/2020-02-07NID_267075O_1-1024x575.jpeg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-2331\"\/><figcaption> El gobernador Perotti y el ministro Arroyo firmaron un convenio de  cooperaci\u00f3n para el desarrollo y fortalecimiento de mercados populares <\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p> El primer mandatario provincial\u00a0y el ministro de Desarrollo Social de la  Naci\u00f3n,\u00a0\u00a0recorrieron en Rosario el mercado popular que se lleva  adelante en el marco del plan nacional Argentina Contra el Hambre, y las  instalaciones del Galp\u00f3n 13, donde comenzar\u00e1 el operativo de entrega de  la Tarjeta Alimentar. \u201cLa idea es coordinar todos los esfuerzos,  Naci\u00f3n, provincia y municipio, para que la gente sea la beneficiaria  directa de un plan integral\u201d, subray\u00f3 el gobernador, y profundiz\u00f3: \u201cNo  se trata s\u00f3lo de que alguien pueda adquirir alimentos, sino que es la  posibilidad concreta de generar empleos, de generar v\u00ednculos, de  promover y estar cerca de quienes m\u00e1s lo necesitan\u201d.<br> <br> \u201cLo que planteamos con la presentaci\u00f3n de la Ley de Necesidad P\u00fablica  que hoy ha entrado a la Legislatura es que, entre otras cosas, la  Tarjeta de Ciudadan\u00eda pueda tener recursos, porque hoy s\u00f3lo son 300  pesos. \u00bfQu\u00e9 hacemos con 300 pesos cu\u00e1ndo estamos frente a un aumento de  los alimentos del 50% en el \u00faltimo a\u00f1o?\u00bb, cueastion\u00f3 Perotti, y agreg\u00f3:  \u00abPor eso, lo que planteamos es que la provincia pueda generar el  complemento con una cifra mayor\u201d.<br> <br> El convenio de cooperaci\u00f3n que rubricaron Omar Perotti y Daniel Arroyo,  tiene el objetivo de contribuir al desarrollo, creaci\u00f3n y  fortalecimiento de mercados populares, con la participaci\u00f3n de  productores locales como apoyo a la producci\u00f3n y comercializaci\u00f3n de  alimentos, en el marco del plan nacional Argentina Contra el Hambre.  \u201cEste tipo de acciones busca incrementar el poder de compra de quienes  m\u00e1s lo necesitan, en coordinaci\u00f3n con el programa Precios Cuidados  nacionales y los Precios Santafesinos\u201d, remarc\u00f3 el gobernador de Santa  Fe.<br> <br> Por su parte, el ministro Arroyo destac\u00f3 el valor del trabajo coordinado  en el territorio. \u201cEs muy importante lo que se est\u00e1 haciendo ac\u00e1,  generar ferias que significan tres cosas. Primero, una buena  alimentaci\u00f3n; mucha gente que va a poder recorrer y comprar con la  Tarjeta Alimentaria. Segundo, esto implica fomentar el trabajo, porque  el plan Argentina Contra el Hambre no es s\u00f3lo el acceso a la  alimentaci\u00f3n; es gente produciendo. Y tercero, es el movimiento  econ\u00f3mico, porque Argentina se reconstruye de abajo hacia arriba\u201d, y  destac\u00f3: \u201cEstoy muy contento de estar ac\u00e1, porque la Tarjeta Alimentaria  no es s\u00f3lo el acceso a los alimentos; es gente que produce, que trabaja  y que puede vender. Eso es mover la econom\u00eda, lo que siempre plantea  Omar: el desarrollo econ\u00f3mico productivo\u201d.<br> <br> <strong>Acerca del convenio<\/strong><br> Con el objetivo de dar cumplimiento al convenio de colaboraci\u00f3n  rubricado, la provincia proveer\u00e1 los espacios disponibles, materiales e  insumos para llevar adelante los mercados populares, en tanto que Naci\u00f3n  \u201carbitrar\u00e1 sus mecanismos para acompa\u00f1ar los procesos necesarios,  conforme a las disponibilidades presupuestarias, a fin de atender las  conformaciones de los espacios donde se llevar\u00e1 a cabo la  comercializaci\u00f3n de los alimentos\u201d.<br> <br> De la actividad -previa al comienzo de la entrega de la Tarjeta  Alimentar el pr\u00f3ximo lunes 10 de febrero- particip\u00f3 tambi\u00e9n la  vicegobernadora de Santa Fe, Alejandra Rodenas y el intendente de  Rosario, Pablo Javkin. <\/p>\n ","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>El primer mandatario provincial\u00a0y el ministro de Desarrollo Social de la Naci\u00f3n,\u00a0\u00a0recorrieron en Rosario el mercado popular que se lleva<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":6,"featured_media":0,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"open","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":[],"categories":[6],"tags":[677,679,678],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v17.4 -
