Por la anomal\u00eda el caso lleg\u00f3 a la Justicia, que \ninvestiga si pudo existir mala praxis o un cambio de identidad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;<br>\u201cLa tocoginec\u00f3loga comete el error de poner nacido vivo. No \nobstante, en esa misma historia cl\u00ednica, abajo, en el desarrollo, relata\n todo lo sucedido y pone nacido muerto. Fue un error de tipeo. Esto est\u00e1\n informatizado, no es manuscrito. Uno cliquea y te da las opciones de \nnacido vivo, nacido muerto y otra opci\u00f3n m\u00e1s. En este caso ese fue el \n\u00fanico error que se cometi\u00f3 en la instituci\u00f3n\u201d, asegur\u00f3 Jorge Fiant, \ndirector del hospital, en di\u00e1logo con Radio Dos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Los estudios previos, en los que no se detect\u00f3 la bicefal\u00eda o \ncomplicaciones m\u00e9dicas en el feto, se realizaron en un centro de salud \np\u00fablico, en la localidad de Avellaneda. La madre, de 21 a\u00f1os y madre de \nuna peque\u00f1a de 3, ingres\u00f3 en el hospital de Reconquista el 25 de \ndiciembre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Como los controles prenatales realizados en el Samco de Avellaneda \neran normales se dispuso que ingrese en el protocolo de Trabajo de Parto\n Respetado\u00e2\u0080\u008b (TPR). La madre de la mujer embarazada pudo estar con ella\n hasta que surgieron complicaciones y film\u00f3 el inicio de la atenci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Los estudios previos, en los que no se detect\u00f3 la bicefal\u00eda o \ncomplicaciones m\u00e9dicas en el feto, se realizaron en un centro de salud \np\u00fablico, en la localidad de Avellaneda. Con el ADN se determina todo. Eso le llevar\u00eda mucha \ntranquilidad a la familia. Hay que ponerse en el lugar de esa madre, de \ntoda esa familia, de todo lo que les sucedi\u00f3. Una sorpresa para ellos y \npara el equipo de salud tambi\u00e9n. Me parece bien porque eso va a aclarar \ntoda la situaci\u00f3n respecto al cambio de identidad y dem\u00e1s\u201d, concluy\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El ministerio de Salud de Santa Fe\u00e2\u0080\u008b, a trav\u00e9s de la delegaci\u00f3n \nlocal, solicit\u00f3 que se inicie un sumario administrativo en el Samco de \nAvellaneda para determinar qu\u00e9 estudios se realizaron a la mujer para \nmonitorear el embarazo y cu\u00e1les fueron los resultados obtenidos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El abogado que patrocina a la familia, Oscar V\u00e1zquez, quien pidi\u00f3 se \ninvestigue si existi\u00f3 mala praxis o suplantaci\u00f3n de identidad, tiene en \nsu poder dos ecograf\u00edas.
