{"id":5245,"date":"2020-06-12T09:59:37","date_gmt":"2020-06-12T12:59:37","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/fmella.com.ar\/?p=5245"},"modified":"2020-06-12T09:59:37","modified_gmt":"2020-06-12T12:59:37","slug":"anmat-prohibio-marcas-de-alcohol-en-gel-y-etilico","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/fmella.com.ar\/anmat-prohibio-marcas-de-alcohol-en-gel-y-etilico\/","title":{"rendered":"ANMAT PROHIBI\u00d3 MARCAS DE ALCOHOL EN GEL Y ET\u00cdLICO."},"content":{"rendered":"\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img src=\"http:\/\/fmella.com.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/06\/Alcohol-El-Coloso.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-5246\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>A trav\u00e9s de la disposici\u00f3n 4113\/2020 publicada en el Bolet\u00edn Oficial, el organismo dispuso \u00abProh\u00edbese el uso, la comercializaci\u00f3n y la distribuci\u00f3n en todo el territorio nacional, de todos loslotes y todas las presentaciones y contenidos netos, de los productos rotulados como \u201cEL COLOSO Alcohol et\u00edlico96\u00ba\u201d y \u201cEL COLOSO Alcohol en gel\u201d, por las razones expuestas en el considerando\u00bb, ya que la empresa DESCARTABLES CAROMAR S.A. advirti\u00f3 sobre la usurpaci\u00f3n de su marca comercial.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Asimismo, se especific\u00f3 \u00abQue la Direcci\u00f3n de Evaluaci\u00f3n y Gesti\u00f3n de Monitoreo de Productos para la Salud inform\u00f3 que la referida empresa resulta ser titular de diversos productos cosm\u00e9ticos de la marca &#8216;EL COLOSO&#8217;, sin embargo no existe ning\u00fan producto inscripto como alcohol en gel ni alcohol et\u00edlico que responda a esos datos identificatorios\u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mediante la disposici\u00f3n 4119\/2020 se estableci\u00f3 \u00abProh\u00edbese el uso y la comercializaci\u00f3n en todo el territorio nacional, de todos los lotes, en todas sus presentaciones y contenidos netos del producto rotulado como: &#8216;\u00c1TOMO alcohol en gel- Ind. Argentina- Resol. N\u00b0 337\/92- N\u00b0 de Registro sanitario A.N.C.A.P.: 225\/1381&#8242;\u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La principal raz\u00f3n para la prohibici\u00f3n de este producto es que tambi\u00e9n comete un il\u00edcito al usurpar una marca comercial \u00absin autorizaci\u00f3n, ni permiso, ni solicitud o pedido por parte de LABORATORIOS IMVI S.A.\u00bb y tambi\u00e9n se verific\u00f3 que \u00aben el rotulado del producto se declaran datos falsos sobre el registro sanitario\u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Por \u00faltimo, este caso termin\u00f3 en una denuncia, de la cual interviene el Juzgado Nacional en lo Criminal y Correcional N\u00b0 1 de San Isidro, que ya llev\u00f3 a cabo distintos allanamientos, en los cuales se secuestr\u00f3 productos, envases y etiquetas vinculadas al producto.<\/p>\n ","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>A trav\u00e9s de la disposici\u00f3n 4113\/2020 publicada en el Bolet\u00edn Oficial, el organismo dispuso \u00abProh\u00edbese el uso, la comercializaci\u00f3n y<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":6,"featured_media":0,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"open","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":[],"categories":[7,158],"tags":[510,564,1489],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v17.4 -
