{"id":6173,"date":"2020-08-11T08:50:02","date_gmt":"2020-08-11T11:50:02","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/fmella.com.ar\/?p=6173"},"modified":"2020-08-11T08:50:03","modified_gmt":"2020-08-11T11:50:03","slug":"lanzan-un-programa-de-financiamiento-para-proyectos-de-municipios-y-comunas","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/fmella.com.ar\/lanzan-un-programa-de-financiamiento-para-proyectos-de-municipios-y-comunas\/","title":{"rendered":"LANZAN UN PROGRAMA DE FINANCIAMIENTO PARA PROYECTOS DE MUNICIPIOS Y COMUNAS."},"content":{"rendered":"\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img src=\"http:\/\/fmella.com.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/08\/s_cbbd55.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-6174\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>El ministro de Econom\u00eda, Walter Agosto, confirm\u00f3 que el Gobierno Provincial pondr\u00e1 en funcionamiento mediante el Promudi (Programa Municipal de Inversiones), en su versi\u00f3n original, lo que permitir\u00e1 otorgar cr\u00e9ditos garantizando la sustentabilidad a lo largo del tiempo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La Provincia, a trav\u00e9s del Promudi y de fondos propios, financiar\u00e1 a tasas accesibles el 100% de 200 proyectos para Municipios y Comunas a ejecutarse entre 2020 y 2023. La ejecuci\u00f3n de dichos proyectos movilizar\u00e1 m\u00e1s de 2000 millones de pesos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La propuesta incluye tres l\u00edneas espec\u00edficas: \u00a0Programa \u201cMi Pueblo\u201d (puesta en valor de plazas y espacios verdes); Programa \u201cMejora de la Gesti\u00f3n Municipal y Comunal\u201d (adquisici\u00f3n de equipamiento inform\u00e1tico, mobiliario de oficinas y materiales para obras en edificios administrativos); y Programa \u201cMejoramiento Vial y Obras Complementarias\u201d (ejecuci\u00f3n de obras viales y desag\u00fces pluviales).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br>La propuesta contempla la adquisici\u00f3n de materiales de construcci\u00f3n, equipamiento inform\u00e1tico y mobiliario de oficinas mediante licitaci\u00f3n p\u00fablica o concurso de precios llevados a cabo por los gobiernos comunales y municipales promoviendo la participaci\u00f3n de comercios locales o regionales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br>La mano de obra, por su parte, ser\u00e1 aportada por cada Municipio o Comuna, con recursos humanos propios o de otros programas nacionales o provinciales, lo que incidir\u00e1 de manera positiva en el empleo local.<br>En cuanto a las condiciones del financiamiento, se trata de cr\u00e9ditos con una tasa de inter\u00e9s del 20% anual sobre saldos, sustancialmente inferior a la de mercado, con un monto promedio por proyecto de $8.000.000, dependiendo de la capacidad de endeudamiento de cada gobierno local.
