En ese contexto, se firm\u00f3 un convenio. La firma se celebr\u00f3 entre Walter Agosto (Ministro de Econom\u00eda de Santa Fe) y Mart\u00edn Cosentino y Juan Debandi (presidente y vice de la AABE).<br>\nDetalles<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El Ministerio de Econom\u00eda de la provincia de Santa Fe, al cual le cabe la direcci\u00f3n y fiscalizaci\u00f3n del patrimonio del Estado provincial y su registro, as\u00ed como la administraci\u00f3n de los inmuebles que no se encuentren especialmente afectados a otros organismos, jurisdicciones y entidades, celebr\u00f3 este convenido con la AABE en su car\u00e1cter de \u00f3rgano rector centralizador de la actividad de administraci\u00f3n de bienes muebles del Estado Nacional.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Este v\u00ednculo institucional entre las dos partes, que debe consolidarse y desarrollarse a trav\u00e9s de acuerdos espec\u00edficos, es de gran utilidad para ambas, ya que el buen aprovechamiento de los bienes en cuesti\u00f3n y su uso racional resultan estrat\u00e9gicos para el proyecto de crecimiento con inclusi\u00f3n social que lleva adelante el Estado Nacional y el gobierno de la provincia de Santa Fe, siendo un importante activo para el dictado de pol\u00edticas redistributivas para la poblaci\u00f3n, a fin de mejorar la calidad de vida de la sociedad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La firma del convenio apunta a alcanzar los objetivos antes mencionados, para lo cual se requiere, a su vez, definir el uso y el destino de los bienes, considerando su preservaci\u00f3n y puesta en valor, con un enfoque en el desarrollo de proyectos locales y regionales, as\u00ed como definir su afectaci\u00f3n a la ejecuci\u00f3n de pol\u00edticas p\u00fablicas de salud, educaci\u00f3n, medio ambiente, producci\u00f3n, vivienda y otras.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sin Mordaza<\/p>\n ","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>La provincia de Santa Fe buscar\u00e1 planificar el uso de terrenos para la inclusi\u00f3n social.
